There was about 2 minutes left mate, it was definatly worth a risk. It was a chance to stay in the game and hope Howard would've saved it. Sadly he didn't.

I thought you'd have been made up to be honest, Neville got himself suspended and missed two full games. That alone surely made you happy, an Everton team without Neville.

As i said TB, every cloud and all that but to praise someone for deliberately getting sent off is just nonsense

Because he sacrificed himself for the good of the team, the club and the fans in a game against our hated local rivals.

Of course looking at it rationally what you say is probably right, but in the heat of the moment his only thought was to stop those fuckers scoring. Any player who knows what it means to wear the shirt would of done the same.

If you cant see that then you are being blind. Open your eyes and see both sides.

And i reckon most of the praise is light hearted at best, no ones gonna wanna put up a statue of him just for that.
