But, i would say hes a bit overpriced @ 11m, hes a good player and if we are gonna buy other players i say buy him, but if hes too be our only signing i would prefer the money spent on 2 players, you get my point? Cos i dnt.

yes, it moves Arteta into a central position, provides skill and pace and unpredicability on the right wing, basically a small combination of johnson and arteta tbh..

Yes he is. You have to be realistic nowadays Sharpy, in today's market an average player is worth around 6-7 million.

Theres no question he still has potential to improve so I think he'd be worth it. His crossing has certainly been questionable at Chelsea, but other than that, a tricky winger, good pace and a shot on him would be worth it. Lets hope for everyones sake this happens.

At the moment it would be:

Wright-Phillips-----Osman-----Defensive Mid-----Arteta

Obviously that's if we sign him. Until Pienaar comes back then Ossie would probably make way.

For 10-11m, look at it as a swap for AJ, i am.. and i would take SWP over AJ im affraid.

Signing Diddy Phillips would be a signal of intent, he's quite a well known player and a good player who players might want to play with. Could attract better players to Everton maybe.
