Would he be worth a cheecky bid of around 8-9m. Would you sell AJ an bring this lad in. Does he have the potentail to score more goals than AJ??

I'd love to see him at goodison. He's quick, big an strong. decent in the air an a good goal scorer. Not had the best of times at spurs an might relish the chance of a move. As well Ramos seems to want to bring his own players in.

Do we need a new striker, or is the priority else were.

I'd definatly take him. He's a bigger, stronger and better version of AJ. Good finisher aswell. He's only started 15 games this season and has scored 8 goals. His record over the past two seasons with Charlton also speaks for itself.

Someone like Bent would compliment the Yak. Somoene with pace and movement but also someone who's decent in the air. He's still reasonably young at 24.

I'd love to see him at Everton.

Ive always been a fan, we should cover priorty positions first though, apart from wages, is would take a massive wedge to move him as he must have a good few years on his contract.

yeah it's around that figure, I can't say he's worth 40k more a week then AJ.

i think he is a step up from AJ, but i think he would go for closer to 12/13 mill which i would rather see spent elsewhere. But, to answer you question if we could sell AJ and get bent for only 1/2 mill more and pay him the same wage i would be quite happy with that. (i'm worried AJ's pace is fading, surly not at 27 though)

Bent for me. If AJ leaves then we need to replace him with someone pace. Owen doesn't fit into that catogary anymore. He's completely changed him game.

Bent offers pace and directness. He's an upgrade on AJ.

Defo have him over AJ, but lets be honest. His wage demands have ruled him out of consideration......However, if the old rumours are true about Owen and his wages being part subsidised I certainly wouldn't be unhappy.
