Certain goalkeepers get SO much protection in this league it's insane.Pablo has clearly jumped higher than him
And before him
Did his arm push Raya down or was he there, in the way

Is this just specific to goalkeepers or all players in the box?It was a foul. Can't believe the faux outrage over it.
U can't pull a keepers shirt and expect to get away with it
Of course, we should have got a pen v city and all this mightve been irrelevant. The absolute nonsense that has been going on from corners has been ridiculous and now because it has been unchecked for the whole season the title and relegation battle has been decided on a 5 minute VAR decision.
It was a foul on the keeper but it should have been a penalty to West Ham for the holding against there players.
They need to sort this out for next season, a shirt pull should be an automatic booking anywhere on the pitch. Also holding in the box should be a foul or a pen depending on where it is commited
These are not new rules but the officials have been to scared to implement them
If it is explained to the players that this will be done then they have no excuse when they are implemented.
Definitely. The stuff going on in just that one VAR clip was ridiculous. There could have been at least five fouls (or penalties) given. The absolute nonsense that has been going on from corners has been ridiculous and now because it has been unchecked for the whole season the title and relegation battle has been decided on a 5 minute VAR decision.

It’s been a foul all season except for every week when Arsenal do it.It was a foul. Can't believe the faux outrage over it.

People saying refereeing has been inconsistent this season but I’d say it has been very consistent. Arsenal get the decisions needed to win them the title as liverpool did last season.

Keepers should not have any more protection than others
The Wham player has 2 people fouling him. So why is one more of a foul than the other?
Please explain considering there is supposed faux outrage.
Don't know about that. City get a free pass whenever they likeIt’s been a foul all season except for every week when Arsenal do it.

Should have had Silva given a straight red the weekend but no, let the lil guy smack whoever he wants, can't have them dropping points in pursuit of the goons
You wanted him sent off for this???
Its straight up violent conduct. By the book he's off
I don't make the rules
Or do they just apply differently, in different circumstances? You just know if that's an Everton player they're down the tunnel
Bro come on, play niceNo one should be sent off for that, regardless of club, don't be a fanny. "Smacked him" ffs.

It's violent conduct: when a player uses or attempts to use excessive force or brutality against an opponent when not challenging for the ball, or against a team-mate, team official, match official, spectator or any other person, regardless of whether contact is made.
He's lashed out with a clenched fist, no attempt to play the ball, what's he trying to do? Just because he's little old Bernardo he gets away with whatever he wants.
