2025/26 Jack Grealish

I'd put him in as a number 10. He'd be superb there if he could survive the extra attention.

Out wide: I think he's cooked there tbh. Yes, a flying LB might give him more scope to cut inside and cause damage. But short of that (and it doesn't look likely because Moyes really likes Mykolenko) he's easily boxed off by most PL teams who just stand off and then jockey him out wide and neutralise him as he gets to within 5 yards of the penalty area.
I think playing him at a 10 is a good shout. I do think he needs options when on the wing. He would move the ball a lot quicker as his football brain is excellent if we had more movement

Another bank holiday upcoming for jack.

Needs to pace himself. Dont go too hard on the Friday night Jack. Few pints and games of pool in the local. Absolutely NO class As! Treat yourself on the Saturday/Sunday.

Well done Jack! May the forth be with you, mate… 😜

Send back.

Huge money, CF a priority.

Expensive and panders to Moyes weak spot of neither spotting nor playing young players.
Would you rather we sign Grealish who Moyes plays every week or another Dibling to sit on the bench every week
While Moyes is here he won’t give too many young players a chance and we have to accept that
If the owners want young players signed and played they will have to sack Moyes
Otherwise it’s Grealish McGinn Soucek and Wilson ( Harry not Callum , but possibly both )

I'd've thought every rational Evertonian would think twice before spending what might be fifty percent of our entire summer wage budget on one player who plays in the same position as one of our best players, who is some way past his peak and will have spent months out through a serious injury. Unless of course, they only think we need to sign one or two more players max to compete for the very top, in which case... I think they might be the weirdo? The flaw of course is in the idea of a "rational Evertonian" - not sure the two go together!
If The fee for singing Grealish is 50% of our summer budget then we have real problems

Well we reportedly paid him almost 250 thousand a week this season, over four times what we pay Ndiaye. If we can afford to expand the wage budget by about half a million a week this summer, we’ll be doing very well. So it’s a case of do we want one player who has been top or four players who will be? I think lots of fans genuinely want the one, but it’s definitely open to debate.
