2025/26 Jack Grealish

Well we reportedly paid him almost 250 thousand a week this season, over four times what we pay Ndiaye. If we can afford to expand the wage budget by about half a million a week this summer, we’ll be doing very well. So it’s a case of do we want one player who has been top or four players who will be? I think lots of fans genuinely want the one, but it’s definitely open to debate.
If we sign Grealish it won’t be for 250k a week or anything like that
He will slot in at or near the top of our current wage structure

He’s got another year on 350 a week at City, he won’t give up a single penny of that (just as City provided the extra 100 a week this year) - if we sign him on a permanent that’s what we’ll ultimately pay in a combination of fee and wages. Any fee we pay will only be to pay back City for whatever agreement they come to with him. They just want him off the books.

Everyone will have their own opinion of whether or not it’s a good idea, but hopefully we all agree that that is a massive investment that will impact all our other spending.

He will get that last year paid by our loan fee and City, then walk away on a free.

At that point he will be on Zero per week, and wont be in any position to even demand half that...BUT he will get multi years, and at £100k per week or so...will be a great deal for 3 years for him.

"I go through life trying to make people happy... all I want to do is to help them as much as I can."
Jack Grealish.

Anybody who lives their life with this as an outlook is ok by me.
Love you Jack, see you next season 💙

Glad someone on here knows a lot more about the details of the Jack Grealish contract and what he will or not accept as wages than I do

They`re in good company and will fit in nicely with the experts on - team selection, tactics, strength and recovery, stadium design and architecture, transfer strategy, finance and governance, sports science, youth team and academy team development and last but not least, managerial candidates.

If we sign him on a free in 12 months time after another loan, his wages will definitely come down dramatically then… but we’ll have already paid him 26 MILLION pounds in wages by that point and he’ll be almost 32, so a 3 year offer definitely would be great deal for him - not sure about for us!

We are truly blessed to have so many of the world's greatest minds on this little forum.

We should just pay the £50m.

Imagine the clubs he'll have to choose from, if we don't buy him.

Why's everyone worried about size of fee/wages, it's not their money.

Chuckling at the PR offensive to move the story on.
Quite,Must say those pictures didn't look great mind.

Another thing is every time he seems to be out on the ale with his "so-called mates" they seem to take a pictures of him paralytic.

I suggest he need to starting socialising with people who've got a vested interest in keep his personal life private.

How do you know it’s his mates? It could easily be any passing member of the public.
