Can the past 20 years of him managing and him absolutely shitting the bed vs top 6 sides be taken into account? Our season isn't defined by one off games though. It's the year overall. If the club is in a position to get a fantastic manager in and spend £200m then I'd entertain the thought.
If it's another manager from a mid table side who's the current flavour of the month then I'd be skeptical. We've played that game with Silva and Koeman and it didn't end well.
Did he say 'against a really strong team'?"No problem today. The players did a great, a good job against a really strong team"
Moyes
I did until I saw the replayTo be fair I thought it was a pen too
Big Congratulations to Moyes for breaking his own record and extending his own record of most losses to a single team in the Premier League.

When do we move on? It feels like some people would be more than happy for him to linger around for another decade. Villa brought in Emery and never looked back, so why keep putting Everton in this box where we’re supposedly incapable of attracting a top manager, especially now with new owners and a new stadium?
I would think any owner of a company wants money, success, and glory in all things. I can’t imagine they don’t want to win the league every year.
Moyes was the right choice and the record shows it. No owner wants mid-table stability. Mediocrity is better than relegation fodder. Doing better brought Grealish. Finishing 10th or higher makes us attractive in the summer.
Keep up that cycle and eventually we’ll be the club that top managers want to lead. We’re not there yet. So as an owner I’d keep Moyes and support him.
They’re looking at it from 30,000 feet and long-term. We’re pissed because of today’s loss and substitutions.
The ship is turning and honestly quicker than most people care to acknowledge or give credit for. I’d rather have consistent management and improvement than inject tons of money and get flashy managers only to flame out hard like Forest and Spurs.
I'm surprised he doesn't hold this record for his team's performance against Arsenal.Christ, that's bad...most of any manager to one team is Moyes v rs
Same but then the replay showed it would've been quite soft as he fell down very easily instead of trying to play with the ball.To be fair I thought it was a pen too
Did he say 'against a really strong team'?
Though they were really poor today.
A few years ago maybe yeah.Yes he called Liverpool "a really strong team"
