Iraola at his press conference today: "I have no clue. I don't know if I am going to coach next season. I have no rush to know it. We have taken the decision and the decision has not been affected by any other club."
What did you expect him to say 🤷‍♂️

Well, i've actually been speaking to Utd for the last 6 months but now Rosenior has trucked up at Chelsea I have a decision to make..
I did tell Spurs to do one as I ain't managing in the championship next season..
But other than that I'm totally behind Bournemouth for the next 6 games..

Let's hope they apply such standards to Everton as they do for Roma.

Owners with intent to make us a success would grasp the nettle here in the summer and thank Moyes for his stabilisation but punt him for his limited abilities - having already secured Iraola.
So many things wrong it’s scary. Why would we go for an inferior manager, we’ve done that since Moyes left first time around. If we wanted to go for a mid table manager there’s plenty of options, luckily we have a manager who likes to aim for Europe and has a history of getting teams there. No Moshiri or Kenwright here and luckily we have ambitious owners now.

8th is nothing unless it has a European qualifying place attached to it...and even 8th is not certain.

hey, I'm just some stupid Yank but even I know that 8th and 18th are considerably different in most regards

of course, there are other Yanks on the twitters who have disagreed and made your point, but that seemed like an unpopular opinion at the time

Can you kindly remind me of where we finished the last three years ?

And tell me why that isn’t progress in your usual charming, irrational and senseless style ?

I didn't say it wasn't progress. In fact I've stated elsewhere it is.

It's also nothing substantial if it doesn't get us into Europe.

It'll just be a matter of 'Eighth. Yeah. Ok.' 🤷‍♂️

As much as there were start of seasons expectations and targets, I think it’s only fair that those are reasonably adjusted as the season progresses and we can see how it is playing out. Based on where we are now, I think anything less than eighth (regardless of whether it gets us European football) would be a disappointing result.

As I've argued before, an outfit like this can never get us to the next level. We'll only beat Liverpool regularly when we can get the type of world class players + manager to destroy their hold over us.

We needed a sovereign wealth fund but we got profiteers instead.

We're miles and miles off avoiding constant days of humiliation like today's against one of their worst teams they'll have out in a derby for years to come.

This is the source of it.
