Do people on the ST waiting lists have a precise number for their placing on the list?

Okay mate thanks, I wonder if the club will actually communicate this or are we just expected to guess haha

It should have be communicated as it stops a bit of the backlog on the phones for them (around an hour wait time yesterday) and also the worry that people are thinking that they have done something wrong or worse case scanario thinking you have done everything right and not renewing and only finding out way down the line you havent

I gave up after 2.5 hours waiting on Friday...not in any hurry to call back and listen to our back catalogue on repeat again!

Whilst the club have made it clear that the seats available to swap into from 1 June will only be relinquished season ticket seats, they conspicuously haven’t said whether the total number of relinquished seats will be offered to those at the top of the waiting list. To give a daft illustration, let’s say that 3000 season tickets are relinquished, and that during the swap windows every one of those seats is taken up by a ‘swapper’. There are still 3000 relinquished seats…just different ones to those that existed on 1 June. I guess that the club may not decided on offering ‘vacancies’ to the waiting list until they see how many relinquished season tickets there actually are. I’m pretty sure it won’t be the 18.4% suggested by this poll, but in fact far fewer.

I've looked for about an hour and can't see anything that shows what's available. Mind you I am a simpleton with computers so it might be me.

I've just checked my account, on my phone. Doesn't give me that option, I've renewed and doing it by direct debit. Don't know if that makes a difference.
I'm not looking to change, just thought I'd have a look.

I have renewed by paying in full by debit card, but I don’t have that ‘seat moves’ option on my ticket management page, just the tickets for Sunday and then MCFC.
