2025/26 David Moyes

Everton have clearly been a platform for his career and he exploited that. To see him waltz back inhere as if nothing happened is not on as far as Ilm concerned.

And he's done f.a. here btw for all the talk of 'best manager since Royle'. Twelve seasons and he came up with nothing, and a style of play that put us back decades. That's his legacy.

That is your legacy for him, stop pushing it on to all of us.

My legacy for him is European away trips with mates, some great away wins with mates, some great home games with mates. Is that not what legacy managers should be giving to fans. Personal experiences following the club. He left, he said what he said, he did what he did. He did not affect your life in a negative way one bit, for me he only affected it in a positive way.

That is the legacy he left and continues to leave.

That's absolutely ridiculous.

I mean he's the only manager I've ever been to a cup final with...

The orange faced lemons only legacy is filling a fans forum full of drizzle. Im surevwhen he looks in the mirror he argues with himself 🤣🤣

Isn't it nice to talk about trophies when 12 months ago Moyes was saving our very existence.
In terms of starting XIs this season, only three teams have a higher average age than Everton (26.6), those being Burnley (26.6), Aston Villa (27.3) and Fulham (27.7).

Against Chelsea, 29 years and 25days.

The reliance on older experienced players can result in a teams rapid decline when they get past their best as West Ham found out after Moyes left & as Liverpool are finding now. Ferguson was great at moving players on just after they peaked.

Lukaku was on loan at West Brom that season so the question I think should be why didn’t Moyes loan him as I’m sure we would have been a more attractive proposition as demonstrated the following season when Martinez hijacked him from going back to West Brom again.
Lol "hijacked". They inquired about a completely different player and Chelsea said "no, but how about Lukaku?" Martinez had no idea he was even available haha

Check the average age of teams that have won the Premier league.
Just replacing Gana with Armstrong massively drops our Age.

Stick O'Brien and Branthwaite as CB and what does that do to the age ?

Remember that fat headed fraud stringing out Everton to get a new contract at Sky Sports, so he knows all about this stuff.
Yup, a grifter shilling for his mate. Nauseating.

PS Whether Moyes should get a new contract is here nor there. He'll have earned it if he gets Europe. It's the transparent shilling that's so nauseating.

Was more disappointed we didnt sign Ravanelli that week if im honest mate.

At least he came to Goodison. Fat head Gray was sunning himself on a beach in the middle east and getting his agent to pull strings for him to get a massive raise from Sky.

An utter fraud like his mate 'Sharpy'.

No question of that. He'd have made the very most out of a PL in disarray.

This league is a pale shadow of its former self and that needs to be recognised and taken advantage of.
