I agree. The situation is desperate. I cannot believe that we've gone from a club that had prime Baines and Coleman to having JOB (who I rate as a CB, but not a FB) and Mykolenko. The mind boggles.

I'd be happy with either, but I really like Holm. He's skilful and direct (in a way that is surprising when you look at him) and a good passer and crosser, but an absolute unit too. Ticks Moyes' boxes, and ticks mine as a fan, so we should really make a push for him imo. Plus, he's in his mid 20s so it is unlikely that Moyes will treat him like and ignore him.

Only caveat with holm is that he seems to get injured for an average of ten games a season , so people who lost their mind with Rohl might need to restrain themselves

Holm is probably the more rounded player but then he is a few years older, Cuffy is probably a bit quicker and more direct.

Cuffy is much more a dribbly ball carrier guy. Holm more the finished article.

Holm feels like the choice for me if the club is planning on Aznou getting game time next season, just to balance it out a bit.

As @Curtis wrote above, he's just not had the games and plenty of injuries.

Thats the concern.

I like BNC because he's come through Arsenals academy and had loans through the lower leagues.

In addition, as a direct right back with pace, ball carrying, dribbling and in general an attacking mindset I think he's a good bet to play behind Dibling.

Theyve played 4 games together for England youth and will know each other from the squads. With an attacking player behind them Ndiaye, if used on the right and Dibling should greatly benefit from an attacking sense.

When I see that a club like Brentford with their modern data based scouting seems to be available to replace players like Watkins, Toney, Mbeumo and found another great striker with Igor Thiago, who's been terrific against us and basically all season, it makes me worried how outdated our scouting system must be...
