I mean the Wolves officials came out and said they got recruitment spectacularly wrong in the summer. But that kid is special alright.

To be fair, City are so much more alluring than us. 9 out of 10 players will want to join them, even if they're not guaranteed minutes. That's why its easier for them to find "solutions."

Mid-table clubs have to haggle.

We need movement this window to just finish the season in a positive manner for me.

The lack of January transfer activity (especially the gaping holes at rightback and leftback) shows that our new owners are happy to avoid relegation but nothing more than that.

A bit disappointing on reflection.

I think we're all disappointed that we've effectively given away 5 points in our last two games, but after the last few seasons I'd have bitten your hand off for 29 points in the first week of January.

Hopefully events will force our hand now, but there are no guarantees that everything will fall in place to effect a transfer or two. But we can hope

I think we need to spend big on those 2 areas in this window.
If we could bring in 2 starting full backs, left and right it would give us such a lift.

I think left is arguably a bigger issue than right back as Myko is absolutely dreadful. JOB can at least cross the ball occasionally. Although if we sign a right back it’s essentially strengthens right back and centre back in one swoop.
