But he’s not a player you spend 30milbowen's been playing as striker for west ham and get the full backs in january
To play as your number 9, good back up
Option but that’s about it

Zat , you keep trotting out the same mantra "sell Patterson, Beto and McNeil" , absolutely fine but who in their right mind are going to give us money for that lot .
I think we’d get money for them, not fortunes but on the books Patterson and McNeil will have very low book values. Beto a bit higher, but we’d still make a profit on them imo, which all helps
In order to sell someone you need a buyer who will pay market rate and a replacement, particularly for McNeil and Beto who both started the last match.
Not impossible but there's no point doing anything that will leave us in a worse position than we are now. McNeil in particular might be a good time if Dyche pushes for him.
He'll be looking to move on soon enough. If we sold him now at the point we want to and he wants the move that could be a masterstroke preparing us for next season too.Mate … we were getting turned down by players all summer that had any quality …
Selling our best player , leading scorer and best dribbler is not the answer as we won’t be able to replace him
Yep, it’s not a good business model.watching players like iliman ndiaye is why we go to football. advocating his sale is madness
we couldnt even nail down kenny tete so what makes you think we’ll get a player anywhere near as good as ily
Something makes me nervous when dealing with spurs.

How come teams like Sunderland are able to find value then? Players with quality are out there, we just seem inept at buying players from outside of the leagueMate … we were getting turned down by players all summer that had any quality …

No Kenwright more like.No more Daniel Levy though.
Surely its a must to sell McNeil, Beto & Patterson.
Makes no sense to keep them when their value is the highest it may ever be from now and were paying their wages.

Well, if thats an option then I would be looking for better than Ampadu defo![]()
It’s easy to cherry pick. There have been a handful of players that have been successful for us when signed directly from a foreign league, we almost never do it and when we do it’s usually really bad. Yet other teams manage to do these type of signings regulary. They don’t always work of course but they are relatively lower risk / priceand yet no sunderland player is anywhere near ndiaye
I find the argument about squad depth weird as well, right now we’re bare bones, but come the end of January, 2 of these options don’t see the pitch again and even Beto I’d prefer to just see Moyes use the squad better and try Ndiaye up front if he has to.
If the offers come in, sell.
