2025/26 David Moyes

They didn’t even play well, that’s what’s most frustrating.

Spot on this.

Their home record has been poor all season.

Grealish was frustrating today: I think he was treating it as a bit of a training session half the time. These are the games we need him to step up and get us a breakthrough goal in.

I agree with this. As a player, Grealish is the least of our problems. But given his salary and potential transfer fee, then his lack of goals is not something to be brushed off. We need more from him if he is to be our talisman. He could start by shooting every once in a while.

They’re both nowhere near the level needed and wouldn’t get in the 11 of any other top half club. Being better than Tarkwoski at times who is probably having the worst season of his career doesn’t make Keane good.

Some absolutely mad takes on todays game.

Everyone with eyes can now see Alcaraz is the best as an advanced central player.

Everyone with eyes can now see Dibling is not 'poor' or 'shy on the pitch'.

Everyone can see using Keane we have no pace in the CB area. He is also a statue game after game.

Everyone can see Gana costing us 2 goals and hes been poor bar 2 or 3 games this season

Everyone can see Garner & KDH is the best pairing in the CM.

Everyone can see Moyes has been making some shocking decisions this season and lucky for him weve got results when hes had decisions taken away from him.

I hate using the word 'everyone' absolutely hate it but if someone cant see this theyre off their head.

Missed a great chance to put away that Alcaraz cross.

Oh what because I have a different view to obvious bias? I’ve been one of Keane’s biggest critics for years, I’d have been happy seeing him go last summer but it doesn’t kill to actually recognise that he’s done well at times

I'm going to take this as a no.

How about panto?

Hes been shocking 2 games now and Ndiaye is far better off the left. Mykolenko is also better with him too.

If Grealish doesnt step up his game while Ndiaye is away then it may put his transfer in doubt.

I don't know what the terms of any future deal might settle on, but I wouldn't say his overall form has brought us to the table desperate to do a deal. Don't get me wrong, I'd love him to stay. But there's a touch of the Big Dunc about him right now: a talisman, occasionally brilliant, but very often a little AWOL.
