Hi all, I hope you're all doing fine!

Happened yesterday but I wasn't online a lot due to taking a day off work, to work on my house as we had some stuff to finish while it's still somewhat warm :lol:

Government is trying to resign currently, so we're looking at new elections soon enough. Hopefully we don't get it the same as last time where we removed Borissov & Peevski and then they vote themselves in with the bought and police/service votes.

Cheers mate. I bought a new 50 inch Hisense model and new Hisense soundbar with woofer a couple of weeks ago. Sadly when I put the legs on they were quite widely spaced so wouldn't fit on my unit. Neighbours son Peter has popped around with a spare one from his dads this morning so that's tomorrow morning sorted. The soundbar looks pretty complicated and I'm probably going to need both units by the time I factoe in my skybox and dvd player. Plus, now I've got a new PC Peter is going to link my old one tp my TV so I can stream the latest films and TV series through there from my dodgy streaming website. So much for downsizing.

Seeing as you have my attention, and I didn't partake last week due to illness, I'll be starting G&T Friday a bit earlier than usual and am about to pour myself a nice Plymouth gin and fevertree tonic. Cheers everyone. Hope you all have a great weekend.

I am not a know it all but a told you to measure the legs weeks ago ,dump the sky it is a rip off .

Good morning all on this quite sad one ,I often mail @peteblue telling him we are thinking of him with no need to reply as I did yesterday but this time he replied to ask me to pass on the news that he has been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver ,incurable but treatable .As if the poor man doesn't have enough on his plate . I have warned him there could be a raft of PM's coming his way ,if anyone feels like that please don't expect a reply as I don't know if he is up to it being diagnosed only last week .
I hope all had a good night and are as well as can be .Have a great day all COYB

Oh poor @peteblue , as you say he already has so much to deal with. It can be very challenging to manage the lifestyle changes to support the other necessary treatments and I wish him well going forward and hope he gets good care and advice.

Morning everyone. Back from Copenhagen and catching up. I hope @Barnfred 55 is feeling much better, they don’t half take it out of you these nasty viruses.
Copenhagen was lovely and we managed to walk over thirty miles while we were there which was great given the fact that last year Mr P was in agony after walking for about 20 minutes. Would I go back? Probably not as lovely as it was - I think Vienna will always be my fave city.
Looking forward to this afternoon’s match without any expectations- I wonder if he’ll put Ghana back in for this one game?
