Morning all, where has this week gone? It’s a gloomy old Friday here in the north west and I’ll be in an online meeting in a bit so not much fun this morning. I know what you mean @Gwladysover last weekend was brilliant and it always surprises me just how much 3 points can make the world a better place.
Major excitement tomorrow as I’m going to an audience with Duncan Ferguson in Liverpool! Not sure what to expect tbh and I’m wondering if it will be any different to the content of his book. Still whatever he says is immaterial and I’m sure I’ll just enjoy being there

Ask him does he only have blues and checks ,they are pigeon colours .You will be friends for life . My stepfather had bronze coloured ones from Belgium ,if I remember Vandervelts .Just a few words to drop to impress .

Been a strange but enjoyable day today. Went to Falmouth for my pre trip haircut. It was closed for lunch so timing wise I had a 2 hour break between buses. Turned out its the annual oyster festivals had a couple of beers as you do. And as happens, my bus journey home was delayed several times by oncoming traffic, so had to pop into the local pub to satisfy an urge when we got to the village. Where I still am. At 5pm I'm picking up a flame grilled pizza from the van that visits the village every Friday (extra chilli) a regular event back in the day with Cal. Plus at some stage today I realised that it's 6 years today since we left Liverpool. So mixed emotions. But mainly good.

Juries out whether I'm sober enough for G&T Friday later, given that there's a half bottle of open red wine waiting for me when I get home, which won't last if course. So here's wishing you all a pleasant Everton free weekend. Cheers.

I remember fondly a few pints and a pizza from the van . Have a lovely evening Mate .I have never had or wanted oysters . We did have mussels tonight

I remember bumping in to big Dunc ( who at one time was a near neighbour in the village ) in the toilets of the Living Room in town and , no word of a lie , as we stood in adjacent urinals he said " you ok wee man ".

Anyway the beauty about these pizzas is that they are also nice cold. And pepperoni is the other main ingredient apart from the usual.

Still on my first glass of wine but it's going down well watching music videos.

I've only had a raw one. It did have half a bottle of tabasco sauce on it though. Maybe it was the tabasco that made me ill for 3 days.

You know this is coming but it was the least favourite meal I had in the whole week ,I still remember the cooking you did although at times I thought you were spending so long out there because I was getting on your nerves nevertheless the Geesandtees you offered softened the blow .

Good morning all on this dull one here ,I say dull but the sight of more than a dozen deer outside warms my heart . I hope all are well and had a good night . I had a nice ride around yesterday to confirm the quadbike is OK and of course a little mess about with the gear linkage -to no avail I might add ! It seems I must have turned the bar the wrong way ,it will be rectified as soon as I am out and about.
