2025/26 Harrison Armstrong

He was very good, I agree with this 100%.
However he ain't ready for the weekly grind of the Prem, not yet. He is learning football the proper way. I'm happy to watch him learn his trade at Preston playing real footy in a less brutal league, and fan base, than I would be listening to clueless knobheads destroying the kid for a misplaced pass against Leeds at home.

The kid is doing great where he is so far. Let him spread his wings up the road for a season. No need to rush him.
Very good point, with him being on loan it atleast keeps the leeches off this thread.. ( for now anyway )

Joey, meds then bed.
Our fans would destroy him within 3 months, like many before him.
They would expect prime Iniesta, Xavi and Busquets rolled into one 19yr old kid.
You know how it goes here Joey, don't be naive.
He's in the perfect place to be learning his craft.

Couldn't give a flying one what they do
Send Barry to Preston do him the world of good

No - not week in week out - but could have been used plus experience around the first team a great experience plus his training etc...
He can do this next season.
The boy needs to be playing every week in matches that mean something. He'll learn far more playing than sitting in the stand for 75% of the season watching Jack Grealish.

Training I meant FGS
Joey, he will be training every day with a squad of good quality players who he then gets to go into battle with every Saturday.
He will be growing and learning so much more playing week in week out with those lads than he would here as things currently stand.
He needs football, not kick abouts during the week amd watching at the weekend.

Did that last season at Derby Tom ....rinse & repeat is not the answer for the lad IMO .....

And this season he's stepped up a level.
Development.
Like a seed Joseph, things need time to grow to their full potential and only then can they bloom into their full beauty.

Now go to 'kin bed

Not sure if he's the lunatic or me for going there.

Ffs 😂

Unlike normally, it ain't you. 😛

Joey, I ain't gonna go round in circles with you all night.

Not yet. Maybe not even at the end of this season but he's getting there.
I watch him regularly, the lad is in a great place to be learning his trade and he's doing great. A☆
