New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I've bought tickets through the resale site for every home league game, and for all of those games apart from the first against Brighton, people around have asked if it's my ST. When I say I got it on the resale site they tell me it's been the same for every game. Why are people buying season tickets who have no intention of going to games? Monday nights or weeknight games you can accept people might have work/travel issues but Saturday and Sunday games?

Loads of empty seats today and that's not in the seat unique or corporate spots.
They might have their reasons. If you'd had a season ticket for years but then got a job in a different part of the world, but plan on coming back in the future you'd keep your ticket but sell it for each game for example.

Seems like a lot of them are struggling to sell their ticket for every game this season, the resale site has loads available for every game and there's empty seats dotted about all over the ground.

Can’t fault Everton yesterday, I was sat North Upper with my eldest but managed to get two tickets for the missus and my youngest who is 5 in the family stand. From the second they entered he was fussed over by a female stewart who took him to get an Everton badge painted on his face, spent a good 20-25 mins talking to him, showing him around. He absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back.

As we build success, then hopefully they sell out. If they reduced their prices a bit, they’d likely sell out, but right now it appears they don’t need to.
I do use them myself for when I take customers. Granted yet to do it this season but family life hasn't taken over with the lad heading to uni 😭😭

I’ve said this before. All the seats around us in the lower North went early in the season ticket sale period but yesterday we had a couple of empty seats in front of of me and different people for the 4th game running either side of us.

The seats been paid for = jobs a goodun as far as they're concerned, there's no incentive for them to make it easy and if they can coin a bit more in via the complicated resale process - all the better

Welcome to modern football.

….re the ‘seats have been paid for’ point, does that reflect STs have been purchased for those areas?

There’s a swathe of empty seats at the back of ‘Club View’. I get that they’ve ’been paid for’ but it’s odd that so many ST holders don’t attend in exactly the same area.

Apologies, if I’m missing something obvious.

Managed to get tickets for my 7 yr old daughter and the missus to their first Everton game ever yesterday, Back row north stand. The marshal at the top of the stairs to the block entrance, had it not been for him I wouldn't of got the memorable photo on my phone he suggested as we took that last step out into the bowl. Top bloke too.

Think every one of us are sad at Leaving Goodison. The place will
Always hold a special place in our hearts. But, the move is the best thing that’s happened to us for many many years. The new stadium is unbelievably good I love everything about it. It’s stunning.

I get excited every time we now have a home game, even when I’m not attending!

The only thing is currently misses, is the ghosts of legends that have won trophies at this ground and have their own statues dotted around the exterior. Hopefully in time, we’ll have that here too.

Those blocks in club view are either seat unique or reserved by the club. They were never available for sale to season ticket holders
