New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Seems like a lot of them are struggling to sell their ticket for every game this season, the resale site has loads available for every game and there's empty seats dotted about all over the ground.
So is the resale for new stadium better than Goodison where you would have random single seats in the different stands? would you for example have a good chance of getting two seats together ? I want to go with a mate , we both forked out for forever blue + but I don’t understand how this ballot works. Would we both have to apply for ballot then both have to be successful? If successful would we both have random seats that are’nt next to each other ? Or does being successful in the ballot enable you to go and choose your seats and you could assign a seat to a fellow member?

If you apply in the ballot for two tickets together, if you're successful you get both seats together.

If you're not successful in the ballot you'll need to wait for two tickets together to be listed on the resale site, buy them and assign one to you and one to your mate. There have been pairs of tickets together available for every match apart from the Brighton game so as long as you keep checking the resale site regularly you should get them. Alternatively, you could post on the request thread on this forum as a member might be selling two together for the game you want to attend.

Did exactly that this morning for the Spurs game. ;)
None showing as available at first, but after about 10 mins of refreshing two tickets together popped up.

Parked in town yesterday and got away easier than I did parking anywhere close to the ground, just means a 30 min walk back.

They do need to address a lot of the parking, buses etc though, especially as the nasty weather comes through. Multiple delays on the trains pre-match, buses getting to the drop off late, and then not moving after the game.
My biggest frustration is Boundary Street was open for the Roma game. 100+ cars parked down it. Then they blocked it citing "coach turnarounds" but the road is massive. Cars down the side and the coaches came through against Roma. It's a lot of cars now needing to find elsewhere.

I want to take my son to the women's game, but it's putting me off. My mates dad usually drives and he's disabled. Without his badge, I'm not sure where I can park that doesn't involve a lengthy walk for a 3 year old.

Had first taste of hospitality at the new place yesterday, with tickets in the Domingos lounge. Very impressive, food and set up was fantastic.

You're also able to use the village street pubs in there, which are spot on. You can see why people are very late back for the 2nd half though, they leave the match on the TV's down there so people just stay and watch it while finishing their drinks. In fact, I went down to the toilet on about 70 mins and there were loads still in the pubs on village st, who seemingly had got about 3 or 4 drinks at HT and decided not to bother going back up at all 🤷‍♂️

Can anyone explain to me what happened here?

The first half, we had some banners draped into the disabled sections. I thought 'great, that looks and feels more like an Everton game'.

The second half, the banners are gone? Were they told to remove them by someone at the club? What's the deal, does anybody know?

My hope was that in time these sections would be filled in with banners etc, so it looks less Ricoh Arena down there. It's been said a thousand times, but how it looks on broadcast is the biggest disappointment of the stadium itself.

Same thing elsewhere, people were hanging flags on the divide in south stand (one single tier my backside!) before the game, but they were removed.

Weird.

I'm a keen observer of banners at Everton games, and it defo feels like there's less banners at the stadium since the opening senior men's game against Roma.

I dont think there's a cull on for Everton based banners but I do think they might be targeting national flags.

There was a butcher's apron at the Brighton game where the south-east stands meet at that corner, and I noticed a few Irish flags in some games.

Nowt in the last few games though (although I've watched all the games bar the Roma friendly on the telly so might have missed one or two).

I know LFC have put a clamp on national flags whenever they get a complaint about any.

At Goodison the national flags were there in number, so that's conspicuous they're not in BMD stadium in similar numbers.

I have this issue with my dad. He rarely goes anymore but can't walk too far when he does. He used to park on Cherry Lane for Goodison and that was a stretch at 15 mins, you'll do well to find a good spec within that range at BMD

I keep telling people yeah, there will be teething problems for a bit - probably until the Euros at the earliest - but that is still a ways away and will put a lot of folks off

There are more popping now around the ground, especially at the back of the lower south. They won't be seen on tele etc.

HOWEVER, there is a Union Jack in the East Stand by one of the TV positions
