Fan Services said there are some updates happening so transfers are not currently working. They were not sure if a communication would be sent out when it is fixed but to try again on Friday.

I've got the same issue, i'm just going to go to the ticket office on Saturday and hopefully get it sorted.

Yes you can, but normally you would also need 3 memberships. Not sure if it is different for the Roma game though.
