And yet, that level is higher than the level Armstrong has currently played at so he is proven and Armstrong isn't.

Basic stuff hey
yet Jack Harrison got 0 assists last season and 1 goal and played 34 games

James garner played 21 games no goal and 1 assist. Surely they should both have more because you’re making out getting assists is a piece of cake and garner is such a great player and a huge step up on Armstrong

I've forgotten more about football than you will ever know pal. Your entitled to your opinion. I could list you about 50 18 year old that have come through the ranks and been more highly regarded than Armstrong and that have gone on to do nothing. You are massively overrating him based on no evidence.

😁You don't seem to be able to follow an argument. Making one basic assist in a friendly does not mean you are suddenly better than a load of experienced pros (even if they are extremely average) that have played 100s of games at the top level. I am not saying Garner or anyone else in our team is good enough. Just that there is no evidence that Harrison is currently better or will be better in the future. The acid test is whether Moyes picks him ahead of them in a meaningful game because he sees them all everyday in training.

Not a fair bet because I know that McNeil, Garner and Tim almost certainly won't be capped because their is a large body of evidence suggesting they aren't good enough. You seem to really struggle to follow an argument.
