ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

To be fair that was the only thing he said. I was expecting him to phone it in and sing their god awful song or wave a red scarf or something. He was too busy wasting time telling us how much he hated Trump in between every song.
I went to see Michael Bublé at the Echo years ago (don't judge me please - the ticket was free!) and, although he didn't outright say anything or hold a red scarf aloft or anything, during his song 'Home' the big screen behind him played a slideshow of landmarks across the city. Anfield was shown - Goodison wasn't.

Always remember the chorus of boos that rang out around the arena once people caught on to the omission. Bublé just kinda laughed it off - not sure to this day whether he knew exactly what the boos would've been for

Clapton sang it last year I think the little rat.

I love Springsteen but his concerts have been ruined by that massive 'golden circle' top price ticket area that gets bigger every tour. Full of well-off ageing fanatics and kills any atmosphere

Saw him last summer mate, seen him a good few times over the years, he’s slowing down a lot on my opinion, he still does crazy sets - but I found he’s doing less in them himself and it’s nearly 80% of the band, still a top performer and he’s an absolute gent to boot - very genuine and down to earth.

There is an absolute gang of diehard who follow him everywhere when he hits this part of the world - you see them with 400+ gigs on Tshirts etc - I’m sure they save just to follow him around the place and really aren’t in there first flush.

Yes, I saw him in Manchester and Marseille and he wasn’t shy with his Trump bashing, which was ok I suppose but will get a bit tedious (for me personally) as I’m seeing him x2 at the San Siro next month. His diatribes = at least 2 songs not played.😳

Yes there are some absolute nuts who follow him with a messianic zeal and queue for over a week to get to the front of the pit.🤓
