Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Why not? He's young, relatively injury free and he contributes. 17 goals and 6 assists in his first season overall and 13 goals and 5 assists overall last season.
Exactly what I thought. It's always going to be a risk, especially when being a striker, which we need. I could be stretching far out here, but getting him on loan wouldn't really be a bad idea? Or, I need to put this moretti down

Ah no, I’m sorry mate! I promise I’ll stop writing passages about the lads now! We’re just the team of the moment on here tonight.

We can all go back to slagging off the big 6 and laughing at Man U soon I promise!!!
Tbf, I did find you a bit tedious (or so I thought) though you have made a couple of valid points.

Don't take us too seriously, we are a good bunch, really

Stopped clock and all that mate 😉

I’ve actually been here for 13 years occasionally posting but mostly reading/ lurking! So know you’re all sound really!
Do you know what, I usually check when I see a new poster, or one i haven't seen before.

My apologies anyway. Long day at work, had a couple and I read that first post the wrong way. So, again, my apologies

Don't know much about Hume or any of your players tbh. I only really watch us these days

I normally wouldn’t pay attention to Chelsea wanting to replace someone but having watched DCL for years, I’d really prefer we prioritize strikers who are more clinical than Jackson. He’s another one who when clean through you don’t actually have confidence the outcome will be good…

It's astonishing. But, given the size of Utd, if this was a global thing, not like they've just dismissed 200 staff from in or around Manchester, whoukd this really be a bad thing?

They have slowly been on the decline and the only way to really tighten things up is to start making these types of decisions?

Yes and spend £62.5m the next day as well as another £60m odd the following day on Mbuembo( spelling). Yes that's sound financial decisions can't see anything wrong myself..

I'm digging a hole for myself here aren't I 😂

I cba even trying to think of what if or whatever. Didn't know about the Mbuembo deal either.

You know, with stuff like this going on, which has been going on for some time now, but it's becoming more and more apparent, even to the not so clued up (like me) about PSR , but who actually understands it. Do you not feel like you are clinging onto something which you cannot get a grip onto?

What will happen in a few years? Do you think some will just simply give up? Knowing its just rigged?

Well it's not by keeping players on exorbitant wages , sacking a load of staff then signing more players for huge fee's and more exorbitant wages.

Everything that is wrong in football.
