Got dropped for Ivan Perisic. Yes, that one.
Oh dear.
Got dropped for Ivan Perisic. Yes, that one.
nah, he strolls about a bit too much for me, was never getting a big PL move.Jobe Bellingham to Dortmund, £25m... snip IMO
United are a shambles and apparently don’t have enough cash for the end of the year unless they cancel free lunches. - drop 115 million on two attackers within 2 days of the window opening.
Everton are back on the up, new owners, new stadium, debt rebalanced, big naming rights deal - might have to sell Branthwaite before end of June so we can afford to buy a player we already had on loan and a Liverpool reserve.
Then people wonder why even bad United teams still win pots whilst the best Everton teams of recent times don’t win anything.
don't think he wanted one, great move for him.nah, he strolls about a bit too much for me, was never getting a big PL move.

Fabrizio tweeting it’s 40m euros not the 30m being reported by Sky. I’m happy with the deal either way tbf. Gets him out of the PL and it’s a good move for him. Was always the Bellinghams plan, so it’s a release clause that’s always been in his contract.
Isn't only him and Delap who are the only real out n out strikers there? We should test Chelsea for Jackson on loan.
They're going to sign Ekitike too. They still have Broja too...lol.Isn't only him and Delap who are the only real out n out strikers there?
Oh yeh? That is laughable!! You couldn't make this upThey're going to sign Ekitike too.
NoWe should test Chelsea for Jackson on loan.
Was he not a key asset for you guys? You don't seem too upset.
24 in 65 apreances? I know it's not exactly prolific, but still young
It's lovely to have Jonathan Wilson on the forum. He was really good for us. It’s just very expected. Everyone knew he was off if we were promoted or not. It was just part of the deal in getting him, he family are ridiculously switched on about these kind of things, and we only got him from Brum because we were better for his development (and we werent going to stand in his way in the future). It’s always been a clause in his contract. He’s also been nowt but the model professional for us. And for us promoted, with all the riches that came with that, even though he knew he was off.
I also think it’s a fair price, he’s only played men’s football for two years after all, and allows us to bring in (hopefully) a PL quality replacement. We’ll have a future fee as well I imagine. We also only paid a million and a half for him.
Also he’s off to a European giant to play champions league football (and crucially a team we won’t be facing) . It’s a class move for him, and I look forward to him developing.
