Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Be a solid investment mate, he has a bit of everything, particularly like his vision and how he reads the game - he’s a very quick thinker.

I’d be surprised if they let him go, if I’m honest, but maybe the lad wants to play.
He was knocking on the door of the first team but with Salah ahead of him he seems to have jumped at the chance to go on loan and done well so a good attitude. I was full sure he was coming back to them this year and will get more minutes but if they are buying Wirtz and Chiesa will be fitter they may let him go. First I'm hearing he even might be available but like you say, would be a solid investment

A long time to go until the 31st of August....I am sure we will leave than one for deadline day...the Everton way, the only way.

Likely timetable:
Game on Sunday
Announcements of people not getting renewed contracts Tuesday
Announcements of new contracts for 3 players dragged out over the following week.
Moyes goes on his Hols for 2 weeks
First window closes June10th - no signings
Second window opens on June 16th
Everton start inquiring, mulling and circling
New players signed in July
American tour July 26

He actually has a year left on his contract this summer mate, I guess he may want to play or start his career - particularly after playing first team, football now.

If my memory is right there were a few clubs interested in him in Jan, may have been Palace.

It a tough gig at the RS for youngsters, look at the likes of Elliot, Kelleher and Carvalho. They all might/have to leave to have careers for themselves. Doak might go the same way.

Very true
Wouldn't mind Elliott either now that you mention him. Tidy player
