It feels were dominating possession but not much of a threat to score. West Ham barely has the ball but have been a threat nearly every time they’re in the box.

The trouble with Dacoure is that he has a beast of an engine and managers like Dyche n Moyes absolutely lap that up. I agree he is an extremely hard working player and the stats more than likely show that. However, take the work rate away and you are left with a poor Premier League Footballer, who breaks up his own teams play on a regular basis, tackles himself constantly and time and time again makes the wrong decision. So he definitely puts a shift but fails in all other departments, a vicious circle of a player !!!

His running stats are surely great, but his defensive stats really are not. Doesn't actually do much more than slightly inconvenience the opposition. Other players are significantly more effective in the press.

Yeah, that's surely a difference. But we didn't play like a 12-13th on the table under Dyche offensively, so aren't West Ham this season as they should clearly aim to top half.

They now have a manager with Potter that wasn't known to have great scoring records either.
