Welcome back Wayne
Weird, but it's finally dawning on me a little that I'll be 50 in two months.
Two of my kids are older than you……

Big milestone birthday that mate. Haven’t achieved it yet myself and I won’t be encouraging it on eitherWeird, but it's finally dawning on me a little that I'll be 50 in two months.

Seriously though, 50 is young these days. In fact a doctor told me lately that the mid 80s age wise is the new 70.
Good morning all on this muggy day here +2° is not right for us .I concur that age is a mere number it is your health that matters . Well the seals video of course left out one stage that me scratching my head literally as there is little hair ! what appeared to be a small grub ( gif incoming !) screw that had me running for every time of screwdriver turned out to be a plastic "thing " that should be pushed in ,it was positioned at the back for aesthetic reasons or because the VAR guy from Sunday designed it . It allowed me to dismantle all the parts and give them a good scrub it is amazing the places that accrue sediment .I hope @barnfred doesn't read this .
Have a great day all COYB
You all know my feelings on Moyes but I must say he has relaxed me as much as the team . As AT says it is nice to look forward to a game now .

I too turn 50 later this year… no partying or celebrations for me either.. I’ll be lay on a sunbed on a beach in TurkeyI'm sure there will be some event but my eating and drinking restrictions because of my kidney disease is going to put a hamper on things a bit. Once I get my transplant that'll probably be the bigger celebration.![]()
Good morning all. Having a chilled morning watching a bit of the Champions Trophy cricket - must win England v Afghanistan. Loser is out. Then aqua aerobics later. The Bannatynes I joined is actually inside Durham's cricket ground so I'll becontinuing today's cricket theme. I've just been to the GP for my annual check up. Not that I can remember having one before. Anyway, I may be a fat git but I'm a fit fat git! Tonight it's the monthly quiz at the local working men's club. Cheap beer and the unmistakable smell of damp and disinfectant. This means I'll miss the match. Not too bothered because they seem to do better when I ignore them apart from sporadic checking on my phone.
Incidentally how is Jamie Carragher still in a job? He should have been sacked when he spat at a child. His comments about Afcon were so disrespectful. I can't abide the man.
Have a lovely day all. Cold grey and gloomy here. X

Busy day for you Anj, totally agree about Carragher the man is an idiot at the best of times and a repulsive idiot the rest of the time. Whoever thought ‘hey let’s employ Carragher to talk about football’ should be drummed out of their job…sorry for going on but I really cannot stand the man…….
Barely a word of criticism in the press towards Carragher despite him insulting an entire continent. When us Blues talk about a biased media I don’t think other fans really understand how true that is.Good morning all. @Barnfred 55 having now listed to Critical Thinking on rotation this week I am absolutely loving it. What was it about it that didn’t get your attention?
