I think Jordan is good. But I would have sold him for silly money. Question is, who would we have brought in with that money? Knowing our ownership situation at the time, we would have used that money on all of Iwobi's relatives.

Fernandes is a magician, even with that coverage he can do some freakish stuff from a FK, he’s our best player and englands number 1, how on earth can some people on here want to sell him?????

Its the worst shout that i hear everyone say trying to defend an average keeper. We could of replaced him with better or worse whod of still made the saves he made. None were exactly hard. He also cost us loads of points each season on his own. Far more than hes ever won.
Bar the chelsea game in 2022 I genuinly cant think of a match he "saved us" he even cost us goals the week later when we beat Palace to stay up he was all over the place.

Ok who would we have brought in that is an improvement on Pickford?
 

A bit of talk in the thread about how maybe we should have sold Jordan Pickford. Was there ever any serious interest by any Club to take the lad off our hands? I don't recall any serious bids coming in for him.

I don't know mate, I can think of loads of games he's made important saves to us in it.

For a while it felt like of he didn't play a blinder we would concede multiple goals.
