Would love to learn properly about nutrition. I follow a few online coaches on instagram who specialise in that stuff. I might try and work with one. Can't seem to sort it out on my own.
I like lifting but got bad joints. Picked up some kind of hip impingement doing back squats. Switched to leg press and now seem to have done something with my knee
Would like to do more cardio too, but a bit tentative at the moment due to said joint issues, and I prefer weights and simply often don't have time for both. Averaged over 10k steps per day last year though at least
