6 + 2 Point Deductions

Need 5 or 6 back, so the second one will probably not max 3 or 4 (you would think). We get charged 8 points for this ine, were likely to get at least 4 for the next. Need to bloody know!

We need less than 10 nett, or were down imo. Think we will be toe to toe with Luton until the death.

Don’t we potentially get the second one this season also?

Bizarre take given we also have a second charge to be dealt with at the same time.
Not really.

It’s highly likely that whatever punishment comes from the 2nd charge will be significantly less than the first (because 2 of the 3 seasons have already been dealt with/punished).

Forest almost certainly have to get at least as big a punishment as whatever we end up for the first charge.

Let’s say we don’t get any points back.

Everton 1st charge: 10pts
Everton 2nd charge: 3pts
Everton running points total: 17

Forest first charge: 10pts
Forest running points total: 15

And that’s a fairly pessimistic outlook (if we don’t get any points back on the first I think it’s unlikely we get ANY points for the 2nd)

We definitely get the 2nd charge punished this season.

This was agreed by all clubs pre-season so as to only impact the teams you're competing with in season rather than 3 new ones next.

The dagtbthing is, once this was agreed the PL should have said "OK, we'll view a four year period as a one off and only have you in front of the commission once."

To have us up twice in one season means we end up with five points tallies.

Points we've won.
Points after first hearing.
Points after appeal.
Points after second hearing.
Points after second appeal. (final)

It's an absolute farce, but no.... You can't punish the fans. It's unfair.

20th February.

The third anniversary of a day we thought would bring new life to the club. Instead, it is a day that will finish the club.
