Everton fans and local related businesses within the Everton FC supply chain/ecosystem should form a company (Perhaps OnlyEvertonFans Ltd) and take legal action against the Premier League for allowing Moshiri to take control of the club. Their 'fit and propa persons' regulations clearly aren't up to scratch, which has allowed him to sully the good name of the club, resulting in a draconian points deduction, which harms fans and related businesses more than it will Moshiri.
