Even taking into account the PL own flawed logic, they're going to be hard pressed to justify another 10. We're being punished for 1/3rd of a period they already hammered us for.

We could also argue (quite rightly) that had we known we were in breach one season (we believed we were clear) we'd have sold another big asset in the summer.

Notts F knew they were in breach and still refused to sell by June 30th. We were just utterly incompetent.

Without knowing the year by year financial details, it would be interesting to see if there has been a significant improvement in the new year brought in for the period being assessed for the second charge. It would certainly help any appeal if so.

Yes today will be the day I'm certain. This delay was all about our Monday night televised game.
And do you know what, I felt so sorry for the fans and the players last night, that this thing hanging around our neck has so clearly affected everyone that matters to this club.
The board got us in this mess and the PL are the ones enjoying their new found stones between their legs.
