Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Merry Christmas everyone.

Have a wonderful day and stay safe.

BTW how can anyone not like Slades Merry Christmas , which was the revelation from staying cousin last night.

Guess what's going on first , full blast when we start opening the pressies!!!!
Just put it on now (loud and on repeat) to wake the miserable bigger up, or that would be my festive tactic.

Merry Christmas everyone: I hope you all have a lovely, peaceful day. I got in from mass at 1 and the youngest was up at 5.30, so it’ll be a long one.

I’m out with with the dog, and already there’s a nice festive cheer.

Merry Christmas all, rushing to get dinner prepared before delivering two important presents which silly old Father Christmas has left at our house by mistake. Text from daughter early saying did * send anything this year, yes they had - ages ago and I hid them and then totally forgot. Going to say we found them on the doorstep, good job it’s not raining!
A very Merry Christmas to my GOT friends one and all, especially Messy who started it all.šŸŽ„šŸ’™

Merry Christmas friends.

Jazzy's post had me thinking. What's everyone's top 3 Christmas songs. Mine are I believe in Father Christmas, Fairytale of New York and, don't laugh, Last Christmas.

I realised whilst cooking tea last night that this is probably the first time in years that I've had the UK no 1 on my IpodšŸ˜€
Edit. Forgot about Kate Bush. Running up that hill. Didn't that get to No1 last year.

Two out of 3 the same Fred. I would swap Last Christmas for Happy Christmas War is Over.

My go-to Christmas songs are 'Fairytale of New York', Greg Lake's 'I Believe in Father Christmas' and 'A Spaceman Came Travelling'.

Although, I'm actually partial to a good ol' Christmas carol too from my chorister days, and how I love going to carol concerts and midnight mass.

We Three Kings, The First Noel and O' Come All Ye Faithful are my favourites in that respect. I'm onto my Christmas breakfast and my first beer of the day.
