Yeah Dyche wouldn't waste his time with him, he us too clued up, honest pro's like McNeil are better suited right mow.
Besides performance related stuff never works, has to be a team effort, all pulling for the club, not themselves.

What we have to do is go back to that model we had years ago, buying cheap unfashionable players that are off the radar of the big clubs, like Lescott, Stones, Cahill, Jags, even if all we do is cash in on them, can't see us paying big wages for stars any time soon
