Interesting that Leeds play Forest, Wolves and Palace in the next 4 matches. Will be tough to know who to cheer for…

I think mathematically it’s probably bad when relegation rivals play each other, as combined the teams will take either 2 or 3 points (1-1.5ppg, which is more than their average)
Last day;
Everton v Bournemouth
Leicester v West Ham
Palace v Forest

Nerves..

That is an interesting point. From a Palace perspective I’m glad we stuck with Vieira. We have a squad of pretty good players, a number of whom are young, and will improve with experience. We lack a bit of experience and snide but that will come. We are a work in progress and will improve. Relegation (which is possible) would derail that.
Everton have a very decent chance of staying up now precisely because of Dyche and his style of play. You have a squad capable of implementing his style and that (imo) will be enough.
That’s it though. Stick with Dyche and the Dyche way and you will be permanently a bottom half side occasionally on the fringe of the drop. Compared to Palace, I don’t think you are a work in progress and without wholesale changes, that is a way off. But definitely staying up imo.

We'd have stayed up if we sacked Lampard before the world cup. And also signed a striker.
Its now very touch and go. Im not as confident as many seem to be.

Had you told me on Boxing Day that we would still be in the fight now but have a path to safety I wouldn’t have believed it.

Dyche has had some impact.
I've been surprised how he's come across. I only paid him cursory attention when he was at Burnley, so I thought he'd be a larger than life figure whose knocking heads together and being quite vocal behind the scenes as well as on the touchline.

I can see now that he's a lot more thoughtful than that and very astute about how he brings a team together and conducts himself with them in mind.

He's been impressive in a non-showy kind of way.

I know exactly what you mean, he isn’t what I expected myself either. He’s a very good fit for the club personality wise.

Yes, you have to add, which was what I said (or at least implied). I think Dyche is terrific at what he does but don’t think his style of play is suited to (say) getting Everton to a top 6 place.
Zaha won’t be the big miss everyone outside Palace thinks. He is 30 now, he is already not what he was. Sure, he will need to be replace carefully but the “Palace are ****ed without Zaha” is a myth.

Assuming he goes on a free, it's going to be more difficult to replace him though.

Arsenal just won by 3 today and united got 7 past them. Agree i was not happy that we just give up the fight in them games. But i am happy that atleast the team has bounced back from the defeats

Spoke to wolves fan said he think we will be fine, think with dyche has been at this position before has given the squad more fight to stay up. I do think palace will be close is hard to get out of a run without getting results, looking at them seems to be similar to us with lampard they do have a better squad just dont think viera will keep them up.
Palace have a very decent run in. That'll save them I think. Same as Wolves....though they better have it done by the last 3 games when they play United and Arsenal away.

But they take from each other and limit the amount of points available to either team.
