Yep, couldn't have gone any worse for them. Losing a genuine 6 pointer with all those other results is a shocker for them. They are the big loser of the day.

But they have another genuine 6 pointer next week, so they could easily bounce back straight away. Totally wrong to write them off, especially since I now expect them to go out and find an experienced manager.

Pressure on West Ham now for their game tomorrow as well. Always an advantage to play Saturday in a relegation battle. I think Burnley lost a crucial game at Norwich last year the day after we beat United on the Saturday.

Forgot West Ham are restarting europe soon. They will surely sack that off as their form was never great last season playing Thursday-Sunday so big gamble to attempt to win that playing full strength teams imo.

They have a very hard run in at home aswell.

Leeds desperately need to get a proper manager in right now, they had nothing about them today. Not a lot of options left on the table and looking at the players they are nice, technical players but a bit soft so not sure anyone is going to come in and turn them into the sort of battlers you need.

They need to ditch Bamford, as badly off the pace as DCL is. Thought that other striker who came on looked lively albeit he preferred to pick up the ball in wide positions.

Also weak defending set plays given Tarks nearly scored again and I actually think Meslier is one of the worst keepers in the league, Pickford would get crucified all week in the press for conceding that sort of goal today.

They'll be scrambling for points on the last day for sure again.

Fair does, but in that case maybe you need to be more specific...i mean there are alot of transfer windows in Evertons history. Maybe you mean we have made errors recently with certain players who havent demonstrated they have the quality for the PL, but i mean its not like plenty of money hasnt been spent?

Meslier is very poor, he has a permanently confused look on his face, like the Michael Keane of goalkeeping.

Yeah, that’s what I’m saying. Lol I don’t get why you are trying to get at here?

Yeah, I'm probably being harsh, like Bazunu I'm sure he'll come good, but in the heat of a relegation battle I'm glad we've got someone a bit more experienced.
Don’t get me wrong I’m glad he was playing for Leeds today mate.

TBF to the lad they are really poor at the back, we’re awful going forward and even we got in behind.

I don’t think I’d be knee jerk to say he’d we lost today I’d be waving the white flag and saying game over.

Every one of those results went against us today. It was vital we got the 3 points.

On paper there are still lots of winnable games to save us, so one step at a time.
Villa next and another home win would be huge, going into a trickier March.

I just didnt know what you mean by 'bottled it'.
bottled it meaning is to not do something because you are frightened; to fail at something because you are frightened. So i wasnt sure what you meant by that. Seems we have straightened it out that when you said 'bottled it' you meant Everton spent loads of money on average players over numerous transfer windows.
