Its pretty simple. We win on Saturday and Frank stays and we buy a couple of players he wants or we lose Saturday and the new manager picks a couple of players he wants. They were always waiting until after Saturday.

Would have thought Saturday was a must win, a home game against an opponent even lower than us. Isn't that like shutting the barn door after the Horse has bolted. What would a loss do for our confidence against them, I repeat it's a must win game and we needed reinforcements in before then.

I mean honestly, this makes the most sense and is probably right. We have complained that too often bad managers saddle the new ones with bad players, so why let him do that unless he can beat a very bad team and show some hope?

Thats what a RATIONAL board would do, but I do have my doubts the Everton board would.
