WHO ARE GRAND OLD TEAM?

Grand Old Team has been online since February 2007.

The people behind Grand Old Team are of course Everton fans – volunteers working to provide a platform for other Everton fans to enjoy.

We recently introduced our shop to help us cover the site’s annual fees, support creative Evertonians and provide quality Everton themed items for Evertonians.

All items in our Everton shop are unique and exclusive to Grand Old Team. All our items have all either been created or printed by Evertonians – meaning Evertonians benefit from every product we stock and sell. Every penny you spend on Grand Old Team goes towards supporting Evertonians and the continued development of the site.

CAN I TRUST YOUR SHOP?

Grand Old Team voluntarily participates in a program for independent verification of customer reviews. You can checkout over 2,000 reviews here.

With over 400,000 social media fans, we’re also very active on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can check our feeds which often shares the experience of people who have kindly bought from us.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay by card or PayPal. The choice is up to you at checkout.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can send us a message and we'll work to arrange this for you.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We dispatch orders on a tracked service with Royal Mail.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We dispatch orders with Royal Mail within 1-3 working days. Royal Mail then state a delivery aim of 3-5 working days. On average, 94% of our parcels arrive within 2 days. Around key dates, such as Fathers Day, and from 9th-23rd December each year, we dispatch orders placed prior to 2pm on the same day and on an upgraded, first class service.

Give us a shout by email, we’ll sort it.

Please don’t rely on a message on social media – there can be a lot of noise on those platforms and we might miss it.
