Ray is a lifelong Everton supporter, originally from Liverpool but now based in Bournemouth. He first attended Goodison Park in 1982 and joined Grand Old Team shortly after its founding in 2007, where he has maintained an unbroken record of almost total silence. Away from football he enjoys marathon running.
