We contacted Sarah, who confirmed she never attempted to contact us prior to leaving this negative review.
Sarah was frustrated that she placed 2 orders, 30th Oct and 22nd November, and didn’t know how to contact us to arrange a return.
We advised Sarah;
Our website has a contact page which can be used to contact us.
Both of her orders contained a leaflet with clear instruction of our email address should she wish to discuss her order.
Our return address is included at the front of all our pacels, on the shipping label of all orders.
Our order confirmation, order dispatched and invite to review emails can all be replied to.
We’re also very active on all social media channels which can all be messaged publicly, or privately.
We have a very active forum which can be post in.
We also have a return policy on our website, and despite Sarah being well beyond the return date prior leaving this negative review – we’ve still offered to refund if she sends back.
Please give businesses, particularly small ones, the opportunity to resolve prior leaving negative reviews.
