“Everyone knows I love the Toffees – it would be a fairytale story”

Everton find themselves in a three-way race alongside Manchester City and Chelsea to sign Sheffield Wednesday’s 15-year-old striking sensation, Caelan-Kole Cadamarteri.

According to The Star (source), all three clubs have met Sheffield Wednesday’s valuation for the young forward, signalling serious interest from some of England’s top sides.

But Everton might just hold a unique advantage in this battle…

Danny Cadamarteri, Caelan-Kole’s father and former Everton striker, shared his thoughts on X: “I’m only reading the same as you guys. If Everton want him, they need to go get him. Everyone knows I love the Toffees – it would be a fairytale story. A new era at Everton with a newer and improved Cadamarteri taking to the field. But he’s an [owl emoji] till I’m told different.”
