Report: Arnaut Danjuma Agrees Everton Transfer, Medical Today

Arnaut Danjuma has agreed to join Everton on loan, with a medical expected today.

After reports early this morning that Everton had a bid accepted for Danjuma, Sky Sports have now confirmed a medical will take place today, reporting the loan fee to be ‘around £3.5m’. A video of the breaking news segment just after 10am today can be watched on the tweet below;

Everton made the 26-year-old winger a top priority this summer as they aim to bolster their forward options despite having financial constraints.

Danjuma, joined Spurs on loan in the second half of the Premier League season after they hijacked Everton’s swoop to secure the Dutch winger’s signature.

Danuma previously played for Bournemouth between 2019 and 2021 before he was sold to Villarreal for around £20m.

Danjuma netted 15 goals in 47 appearances at the Vitality Stadium, ironically netting his sole goal at Spurs against them.

Now he looks set to become Everton’s second signing of the summer following the arrival of Ashley Young on a free transfer from Aston Villa.
