Everton have completed the signing of Chelsea centre-half Kurt Zouma on a season-long loan.
Everton submitted a deal sheet ahead of Thursday’s 5pm deadline meaning Everton had today to conclude formalities.
Zouma is Everton’s seventh signing of pre-season alongside Richarlison, Lucas Digne, Joao Virginia, Bernard, Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes.
After a serious injury, Zouma spent last season at Stoke City and endured a difficult season as the Potters suffered the ignomy of relegation to the Championship. He was linked to Manchester United and West Ham United this summer.
Zouma joined Chelsea as a highly-rated teenager in 2014 from St. Etienne and has gone on to feature in two Premier League winning campaigns for the London club.
