Young midfielder Liam Walsh has today departed the Blues and linked up with Championship side Bristol City on a permanent basis.
A tough tackling, classy player in the middle of the park, Walsh joined Everton all the way back in 2003.
He was a key cog in the under 23 side that won the Premier League 2 last campaign and spent the first half of this season at Birmingham City on loan.
Walsh never made a first team appearance for the Toffees.
He has put pen to paper on a contract that runs until 2020 at Ashton Gate, signing for an undisclosed fee.
