Out on Loan – EFC’s Young Players 27.08.17

Joe Williams played a full match in the 3-0 Barnsley win over Sunderland and received a good deal of praise for his midfield performance in the emphatic victory.

Tyias Browning was on for the full 90 minutes in the same match for Sunderland and seems to be getting a reputation as a steady if unexciting defender for the team, although the back four came in for some strong criticism as a unit.

Brendan Galloway missed the match through injury.

Kieran Dowell played the entire game for Nottingham Forest and was booked in their home defeat by Leeds United, with a very typical response from fans (good passing but can fade out of a game).

Matthew Pennington missed the same match for Leeds through injury.

Antonee Robinson was an unused sub for Bolton on Friday night.
