Ronald Koeman has spoke of the importance of giving youth players a chance to become part of the first team.
Tom Davies, Jonjoe Kenny, Kieran Dowell, Matthew Pennington and Callum Connolly all made their Premier League debuts for Everton last season and Koeman believes himself to be a manager who will give youth a chance.
Koeman: “Everton had a strong squad last season. Of course, there will be some changes in the squad, but that is the same for every club when you start a new season. First of all, it’s always important to get a good view about young players. I’m a manager that likes to give young players a chance to become part of the first team”
