As another transfer window approaches David Moyes has spoken for the first time about the need to improve on the current squad before embarking on a new campaign.
Everton have been caught short at times during the season with injuries, suspensions and a dearth of depth especially in the forward areas, clearly taking there toll on the Blues season.
Although the need for reinforcements in certain areas has been noted, Evertonians will be actually aware of any plans being dictated by available finance.
Moyes said: ´I´d have concerns (about going into the new season with this squad).
I think there are areas I should address if I can.
´But there is a difficult world out there where things are struggling. We may find there is not as much spending as in the past.´
