Everton have this evening accepted a renewed bid from Tottenham for midfielder Steven Pienaar.
Our 2009/10 player of the season had previously looked destined for Premier League Champions Chelsea after Everton agreed a fee believed to be in the region of £3 million but the South African failed to agree personal terms.
He has now been given permission to agree personal terms with Tottenham.
