I'd be happy with 18 months, good winning influence on the team, good for our young strikers to learn from, can actually finish and never relied on pace. Of course theres always the worry he's past it now as the MLS is like league 1 so hard to compare but if AC Milan were interested you'd think he's still got some left in the tank. If he can bag 6 to 8 gls from Jan and maybe a few assists then push on a get 10 or so next season then I'd consider that a good signing alongside everything else he brings to the table. Big if tho at 38 but we'll see, he has been pretty solid his whole career so far.

Sigurdsson, happy to doss about pinging 30 yarders about for the rest of his career, could do with being showed the next level.
