Didn’t say pointless! On the whole this is a fine move, I’m just saying once again that I can’t quite figure out why we had Simms in the gutter and yet are going for players that I see as very similar prospects!

This is much much much better than Che Adams.

Simms was no where near good enough last year imo. I mean what did he really do?

But no problem, if Simms continues to make a mark in The Championship at some point a Premier League club will give him a chance or they wont, either way, come back in 3 or 4 years then we can revisit the Simms decision.
